Dr. Eduardo Q Marques

I’m a biologist, doctor in Ecology at the University of Mato Grosso State. My research explores data from multispectral and hyperspectral satellite sensors as tools for mapping and monitoring forest degradation caused by water stress, fires and windstorms amplified by climate change.

My research combines field experiments, remote sensing, statistical models and a lot of data processing and R code.
